This diagram shows a comprehensive environmental system we installed on an 8,500-square-foot house. The building produces seventy percent of its electrical energy needs and almost ninety percent of its building heat and water heating (including the pool). We have listed the products used and would recommend these manufacturers, especially the Enphase Inverter, which is a major breakthrough in the field of photovoltaic technology. This technology (used in conjunction with standard photovoltaic panels) will increase efficiency up to twenty-five percent. The Envoy Communications system monitors and analyzes power output in real time, by the day, month, and year, and over the lifetime of the system.
