DESCRIPTION:
Sited on a hillside lot in the Pacific Palisades, this project meets the highest Green standards.  The entire house is structural cast-in-place concrete which provides excellent thermal mass to maintain consistent temperatures and reduce the need for mechanical heating and cooling.

The house thoroughly defines the modern principle of integrating interior and exterior space. Ten sliding Vitrosca doors that are sixteen foot tall by ten foot wide will stack to each side leaving one clear open aperture fifty feet by 17 feet tall.
