| The foundation is complete and we are preparing to pour the cast-in-place concrete basement walls. There is almost as much carpentry in the concrete form-work as there is in the structural wood framing for the addition that will follow. |
| The retaining walls are complete and ready for water-proofing. |
| The water-proofing is complete and we are ready for back-fill. |
| The Structural Steel is installed and the wood Framing is about seventy five percent complete. |
| The grooves in the floor are for solar radiant heat. Fritz Leithe is building the wood window frames for hopes steel windows from solid 3” x 12” vertical grain fir. |

| This house was given the name ‘Villa Hesperides’ by the original clients. Our client, Gil Friesen had the notion to honor this by commissioning this mosaic wall tile which was installed in the Wet Bar directly off the entrance Foyer. |
