DESCRIPTION:
Tube Steel Structural Frame with Wood infill. Doors and windows by Fleetwood. Radiant floor heating in concrete slabs with terrazzo dividers and ground to a smooth, semi-gloss finish. Interior skim coat walls with Fry-Reglet accessories and base details, glass mosaic shower tiles and Cesar Stone counters. Green Roofs and EDPM coatings over smooth trowel flex-rock plaster system.
   
First floor rough carpentry and second floor tube steel framing. Floor will be concrete over metal deck.
         
   
Front elevation: steel frame and roof metal deck complete.
Steel and wood framing complete.
Metal framing of first floor dropped ceilings with bottom of metal deck above.
Radiant heating under test prior to concrete pour.
Jose Soto of Sam's Plaster finishing steel trowel flex-i-rock finish for Elastomeric color coats.
Second floor concrete over metal deck. Concrete will be ground smooth with terrazzo grinders.
Beginnings of elastomeric color coats at cantilevered office.
